Scitec Protein Pancake is a protein pancake mix designed for all people who need a higher protein content in their diet. Protein intake helps maintain and maintain muscle mass gains.

Directions : Mix one teaspoon (37 g = 2.5 tbsp = 1 scoop) with 100 ml of water or skimmed milk. Shake or stir vigorously until the mixture resembles traditional pancake batter. Then place in a non-stick pan and cook over medium heat until both sides are golden brown (1-2 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the batter). Experiment with the thickness of the batter, the size of the pancakes and the cooking time to get the pancakes you want. The finished pancakes can be stored in the refrigerator and eaten within 1 day.

Chocolate banana flavor: oat flour ( gluten ), pasteurized and ultrafiltered whey protein concentrate ( milk , emulsifier soy lecithins), milk powder, maltodextrin, cocoa powder (10-12%), banana, chocolate and dark chocolate flavorings, egg white powder, mycelial casein concentrate ( milk ), cottage cheese powder ( milk ), yogurt powder ( milk ), sodium carbonate, sodium chloride, acidity regulator citric acid, sweetener sucralose.
