These are compounds that are not digested or absorbed in the human gastrointestinal tract, which is why they are often referred to as residual substances. There are two fractions of dietary fibre - soluble fibre and insoluble fibre, which are commonly found in food, incl. in oatmeal, bran, nuts or dry legumes.
Fiber psyllium is a product that is a source of natural and unprocessed dietary fiber. It is a mixture of seeds and shells of two plants. Psyllium (Plantago psyllium) and psyllium husks (Plantago ovata) can be found in fiber psyllium, and cellulose and lignin, i.e. insoluble fractions of dietary fiber, are considered to be the main components of the compound.
World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that every day, along with the diet, provide the body with min. 25 g dietary fiber. How to ensure an adequate supply of a valuable ingredient? A good solution may be to include OstroVit preparation in the menu, which can be valuable addition to porridge, smoothies, yoghurt or baked goods.
How to use
Mix 7 g (1 full scoop) in 200 ml of water. Wait 5-10 minutes. Consume 1-2 times a day, depending on your needs. While using the product it is recommended to drink about 2 liters of water per day.
Do not ingest if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Children, pregnant or nursing women must not take the product.
Keep this packaging tightly closed in a dry place, at the temperature 15-25°C. Keep out of direct sunlight.
