Return Conditions


1. If you are not satisfied with the product or if the received product is of the wrong size or poor quality, you have the right to send it back.

2. The customer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the product.

3. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the product's value, and for maintaining its quality and safety during the period for exercising the right of withdrawal.

4. When returning products, you must follow these return conditions:

4.1. the product must be in its original and undamaged packaging;

4.2. the product must not have been damaged by the buyer;

4.3. the product must not have been used, lost its original appearance (intact labels, unbroken protective films, etc.). This point does not apply if the product being returned is defective;

4.4. the returned product must be in the same set as it was when received by the Buyer;

4.6. all products ordered within one order must be returned at the same time;

4.7. the product must be sent back via Latvijas Pasts as a registered small package to the following address: Cesu iela 33, Riga, LV – 1009

5. Gogetfit.eu reserves the right to refuse to accept the buyer's returned products if the return conditions are not met.

6. The buyer does not have the right to return the product if the buyer has damaged the product or if its external appearance has significantly changed.

7. All expenses related to the return of the products are covered by the buyer. In case of a defect or error, a copy of the receipt for the return expenses must be attached.

8. In case of disputes regarding the product's defect, an expertise is appointed.

9. The money will be returned to you within 14 days, starting from the date of receipt of the returned product. The money for the returned product will be refunded by transferring it to the payer's bank account.

10. When returning products, you assume the transportation risk. Always keep the receipt issued by the post office. This document, as well as the number of your returned package, are used in case of possible claims against the post.
