ICONFIT BCAA 2:1:1 Amino Acids (300 g)
ICONFIT – BCAA 2:1:1. A premium blend of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) that has a higher content of amino acids compared to most other competing products. BCAAs include L-leucine (2 parts), L-isoleucine (1 part) and L-valine (1 part). Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins that contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. BCAAs are considered essential because, unlike nonessential amino acids, the body cannot produce them. That's why it's important to get them from your diet.
ICONFIT BCAA 2: 1: 1 is the best and purest source of amino acids. ICONFIT BCAA is of much higher quality than most other competing products, containing more BCAAs per 100 g of product.
HOW TO USE: Mix 7 g of powder (1 heaped scoop) with 150–200 ml of water, juice or another drink that contains carbohydrates and consume within 20 minutes. Consume 1–2 servings a day before and after physical exercise. Warning: Do not exceed the recommended amount. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. NB! Unflavoured BCAA is very bitter, therefore it is best to mix it with a larger quantity of other sports drinks or foods.
